Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging where applicable.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and digital items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
